Work order funnel analysis by PMS - Product + GTM research

Pull our existing work order funnel data sliced by integration partner to give Product a signal on which integrations are leaking and where automation pays off, and GTM a benchmark number per PMS for comparison content, sales decks, and partner co-marketing. Zero new data collection - query on data we already own. **Metrics per PMS:** - Time to dispatch - Time to resolution - % resolved without a truck roll - Where tickets stall or get reopened **Outcomes:** - _Product:_ signal on which integrations are leaking + where automation actually pays off (foresight justification) - _GTM:_ per-PMS benchmark numbers for comparison content, sales decks, and partner co-marketing **Phase 2 (optional):** 4-question qualitative survey to ~20 customers to layer the "why" on top of the "what."

Schema Markup Fixes

@natesmoyer6 I checked in on this today, and it still showing an error. We need to remove the curly brace (marked with the x in the attached image). The sitewide structured data injection has Product schema for 'Rental Property Maintenance' triggering Merchant errors. Fix: remove/disable the sitewide Product schema injection entirely, since we have page-specific schema already.
